The following is a short list of frequently asked questions about our credit repair service. Getting started is fast and easy, and only takes a few minutes. You can signup right away by visiting our “Get Started” page or by calling us to speak with one of our live representatives. They can answer any questions you may have and enroll you over the phone. If you like, they can direct you to our secured enrollment form where you can sign up yourself.

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and Debit Cards. If you prefer, we also offer our new service of Automated Monthly Payments deducted from your personal checking, personal savings, business checking or money market account.

Yes. We have partnered with Authorize.net, a nation-wide leading payment gateway to offer safe and secure credit card and debit card transactions. All transactions are processed with 128-bit (SSL) technology, industry leading encryption methods, and strict compliance with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards. Electronic Checks and Automated ACH Payments are processed through the same interbank clearing system that the Federal Reserve and other government institutions use to safely and securely transfer funds each and every day.

You will receive an email receipt for your initial enrollment fee. After that, ongoing monthly billing is automated and your only receipt will be the notation on your monthly credit card or bank statement.

There is a one-time enrollment fee of $99. This fee covers your initial account setup, online profile creation, payment processing, recurring billing setup, and consultation. Then $99 a month for ongoing dispute services after they have been rendered. Recurring monthly billing will land on the same monthly date that service began.

No. We do not accept advance payment. We only charge for services after they have been rendered and only for the previous month. Enrollment fees are not considered advance payment as account setup services are performed immediately.

The average length of service is roughly 8-12 months, many continue well beyond a year. Correcting inaccuracies on any credit report is a slow time-consuming and often frustrating process. It takes patience, perseverance, and dedication to be successful. Your specific length of time and success rate may depend on a few factors including, how many specific items you feel need to be disputed, your specific goals of what you want to accomplish, and your overall motivation and dedication to the process.

Yes. You can stop or start our service at anytime for any reason without penalty, just call us to do so. If you like, you can submit your cancellation in writing by using our cancellation form included in every welcome packet. You will only pay for the work completed up to the date of cancellation.

Yes, you can login to your online account 24/7 to see the complete history of our work including where we started, the progress we have made, and the status of your account.

Yes, in fact when enrolled at the same time you may receive a couples discount off the one-time enrollment fee. Each spouse will be charged a separate monthly fee and have separate account access. Call and speak to a live representative to learn more about any special promotions which you may qualify for.

Upon enrolling in our service you will receive a welcome email with instructions on how to provide your credit reports to us. If you do not have a copy of your credit reports dated within the last 30 days, we can recommend several preferred vendors who can provide them to you for a small fee. These credit reports can be obtained both with and without FICO Scores. Our best results have been achieved by starting with one of these preferred vendors because of the timely fashion they generate the reports and the specific format the reports are in.

FICO scores are a good barometer for success. It’s nice to see where you begin the process and where you end up. Many customers are only concerned with raising their FICO score as opposed to how many items are disputed. Tracking your FICO scores throughout our service may help you determine when you have reached your goal or if it’s the right time to apply new credit. That said, FICO scores are not required to begin our service and they are not included in your free annual credit report provided by federal law.

We begin with three (3) credit reports, one from each of the three major credit bureaus, TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian. The three major credit bureaus collect and obtain information about you independently from each other. While you may assume that your three credit reports look exactly alike, quite often there are major differences between them. We sometimes can use this to our advantage when beginning the first round of disputes.

No. We prefer to work with the originals. Faxed reports can be difficult to read and quite often missing pages. To avoid these issues we require all updated credit reports be mailed to us as soon as you receive them. We recommend that you send them to us via overnight mail or priority service to ensure they arrive as soon as possible so that we may begin the initial round and subsequent round of disputes immediately.

There are several federal laws that have been created to protect a consumer’s right to a fair and accurate credit report including but not limited to; The Fair Credit Reporting Act, The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, The Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act, and the Fair Credit Billing Act.
